"Be Training" empowers Rawdwoo staff with modern educational skills based on language and identity
In support of professional development in educational institutions, Be Training Academy implemented a series of specialized training programs for the staff of WAW Kindergarten in Riyadh. These programs aimed to enhance their educational and administrative skills, focusing on modern teaching methods, effective classroom management, and developing their ability to engage with children using a language rooted in identity.
WAW Kindergarten, whose educational philosophy is grounded in pride in the Arabic language and cultural heritage, follows the Reggio Emilia approach to promote development through guided play and learning. It offers a safe and enriching educational environment that supports the holistic growth of the child. The kindergarten seeks to be a partner in every community, helping build a human foundation rooted in Arabic language and identity, while reinforcing Islamic culture and Arab values.
Through this collaboration, be Training Academy equipped the educational team with the latest teaching tools, effective communication techniques, and strategies for organizing extracurricular activities—focusing on creating stimulating learning environments that help shape the child’s personality and life skills.
Trainees at the kindergarten confirmed that the program was practical and hands-on, enhancing their ability to manage classrooms and interact with children more effectively. This aligns with WAW’s vision of delivering high-quality education centered on language and identity.
This collaboration reflects be Training Academy’s commitment to empowering national educational institutions through impactful training that supports educational progress in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
