Completion of the training for the Tamooh program for Insan Association members
As part of the community partnerships that BeTraining Center is proud of, the training program for the “Tamouh” initiative has been successfully completed, with the grace of God. This initiative aimed to develop the skills of the staff at Insan Association, one of the Kingdom’s leading organizations specializing in the care of orphans.
The program was launched out of a strong belief in the importance of empowering workers in the nonprofit sector and a commitment to supporting their capabilities and enhancing their contribution to delivering quality services to beneficiaries.
The program covered a number of core topics designed to strengthen personal skills, institutional work competencies, and professional interaction with beneficiary groups, in addition to concepts of leadership and planning.
Participants showed great engagement during the training sessions and expressed their gratitude for the practical content and the professional training approach provided by the Be Training team. Insan Association’s management also expressed deep appreciation for this collaboration, emphasizing the importance of such programs in supporting the charitable sector in the Kingdom.
This program is part of Be Training Center’s ongoing efforts to support charitable and social sectors and contribute to building national talents capable of creating a positive and sustainable impact.
