Major infrastructure and national projects, especially those aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, demand high adaptability to changes—whether they are organizational, technological, or market-related.
To address this need, the Saudi Contractors Authority, in collaboration with Be Training, delivered a workshop titled "Change Management in Strategic Projects", as part of the prestigious Future Projects Forum.
